Rural Routes Therapies serves rural areas across North Dakota, including Hettinger, Bowman, Belfield, Bottineau, Rugby, Stanley, and surrounding areas. Founded by me, Cassie Andress, Rural Routes Therapies provides mobile outpatient speech therapy services to pediatrics and adults, offers mobile flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) services, and contracts with rural healthcare facilities. Our staff is completely mobile and happy to do therapy wherever is comfortable for you or your loved one, including telehealth. 

I grew up in the rural town of Hettinger, North Dakota and received my masters in speech-language pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM). Growing up in a rural area, I witnessed the impact of the healthcare professional shortage first-hand. Since then, I hoped to find a way to fill that gap for other rural communities.

I have worked in various settings with adolescents and adults, with certifications/interests in FEES, SPEAK OUT!, ADHD RSP, stroke rehabilitation, TBI, and dysphagia. Rural Routes was built upon the goal of providing quality therapy access to all.
